Hella Water’s advantages as a designer and manufacturer of spiral impeller
Unique Rotating Centrifugal Impeller
The spiral centrifugal pump integrates the advantages of traditional centrifugal pumps and spiral pumps (or positive displacement pumps) into a unique structure, which consists of one or two large-angle wound open twisted blades. This design excels when handling large particles, long fibers, heights and high concentrations of liquids. When conveying slurry, these pumps operate smoothly and cause minimal damage to the slurry, demonstrating excellent non-destructive performance.
Hella Water has also developed a double helix centrifugal pump, which is an upgraded version of the existing helical centrifugal pump with a single helix centrifugal impeller. This new patented product has higher conveying efficiency, improved pressure resistance of the carbide sealing ring, and reduced material usage, making it an innovative product that is efficient, high-quality, and low-consumption.

Energy efficiency comparison
Compared with a single-channel impeller, the energy saving effect can reach 5% to 20%.
Compared with eddy current pumps, the energy saving effect is significant, and the energy saving rate can reach 50% to 60%.
Efficiency comparison
Compared with ordinary slurry pumps, the efficiency is 5% to 10% higher.
Compared with vortex pumps, the efficiency is 10% to 20% higher.
Capable of conveying high solid content media, such as slurries with a solid content of up to 20%.
Hydraulic Advantages of Hella Water Pump Spiral Centrifugal Pump
Hella Water Pump Freeflow Technology Is Based On Two Innovations: Dolphin And Self-Cleaning End Caps.
This advancement ensures that the centrifugal pump can effectively handle media containing large amounts of solids and long fibers, as well as media with high viscosity and high solids content, even as media changes lead to increasingly demanding pumping functions.
1.Self-cleaningend cap
The self-cleaning end cap is located behind the impeller and is designed to reduce debris accumulation behind the impeller and around the mechanical seal. Its unique geometric structure design helps to form a circulating flow between the impeller and the end cover, thereby effectively achieving the cleaning effect. This prevents debris from accumulating behind the impeller and reduces wear on the mechanical seal.
2.The dolphin beak (indicated in red in the figure)
The nozzle is installed at the suction inlet of the pump, which can effectively intercept solid particles and long fibers entering the medium and guide them to the center area of the impeller. This mechanism significantly reduces the likelihood of clogging and prevents the impeller tip from becoming entangled with fibers that could damage the impeller tip. Therefore, the nozzle solves the problem of fibrous sludge present in traditional non-sludge type pumps. Importantly, the nozzle installation issue changes the excellent hydraulic characteristics of the Rockwell centrifugal impeller and instead specifically addresses the challenges of solid particles and fibrous sludge faced by traditional non-sludge type pumps.

Payment
1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Telegraphic Transfer is one of the most common ways to receive foreign exchange payments in foreign trade. It refers to international fund transfers through banks. The buyer remits the money to the bank account designated by the seller, and the seller can arrange shipment after receiving the remittance. It is fast, usually arriving in 1-3 working days.
2. Letter of Credit (L/C)
A letter of credit is a payment commitment issued by a bank to ensure that the buyer pays the purchase price in accordance with the contract. After the seller meets the terms of the letter of credit, he submits the relevant documents to the buyer’s bank, and the bank then pays the seller. Ensure the seller’s payment security and reduce transaction risks.
3. Collection (D/P or D/A, Documents against Payment / Documents against Acceptance)
Collection is a collection method handled by a bank. The seller submits the shipping documents of the goods to the bank, and the bank hands them over to the buyer after the buyer pays (D/P) or promises to pay (D/A). There are two types of this method:
• Documents against Payment (D/P): The buyer must pay before getting the documents and picking up the goods.
• Documents against Acceptance (D/A): The buyer promises to pay within a certain period, and the bank delivers the documents after the buyer promises.
4. PayPal, WestUnion or other electronic payment methods
In some smaller foreign trade transactions, the seller can also use electronic payment platforms such as PayPal and Stripe to collect payments. These platforms are usually suitable for transactions of smaller amounts. The transaction is fast and the operation is convenient.
5. Draft
A draft is a payment instruction issued by the seller, requiring the buyer to pay a certain amount of money at a specified time. The draft is usually issued by the seller’s bank. The seller can apply to the bank to collect the payment or transfer the draft to other banks.
